ARTISTIC HEIGHTS ACADEMY
Program Policies & Disclosures
The following policies apply generally to Artistic Heights Academy (“AHA”) Programs and activities. Program-specific terms, requirements, schedules, and registration policies may also apply and will be provided at registration or checkout.
Cancellations, Credits & Refunds
Due to limited enrollment and the reservation of participant spaces, registration fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in the applicable Program terms.
When AHA receives cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled session, a program credit may be issued, subject to availability and applicable Program terms. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows are not guaranteed a credit.
If AHA cancels a Program or session, participants will be offered an appropriate rescheduled session, alternative Program or session, or program credit. If AHA is unable to provide a reasonable alternative, AHA may issue a refund for the applicable canceled Program or session.
Limited Capacity
AHA intentionally limits enrollment in select Programs to support active participation, individual attention, meaningful feedback, and a focused learning environment. Registration is subject to availability and may close once Program capacity is reached.
Photography & Media
To protect participant privacy and maintain a focused learning environment, outside photography, video, audio recording, livestreaming, or other media capture during AHA Programs or activities is prohibited unless expressly authorized by AHA.
AHA may photograph, film, or record Programs and activities for internal educational, instructional, documentation, quality-assurance, and program-related purposes.
Any external promotional or marketing use of an identifiable participant’s image, likeness, voice, photograph, video, or recorded performance will be governed by AHA’s applicable Media Release and consent process.
AHA Content & Media
AHA-created content, photography, video, educational materials, curriculum, graphics, branding, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior authorization from AHA, except as otherwise permitted by law.
Program, Schedule & Instructor Changes
AHA may make reasonable changes to instructors, coaches, curriculum, activities, schedules, locations, or Program format when necessary. AHA will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered participants or their Parent/Guardian.
Program Locations
AHA Programs are primarily offered in the Atlanta, Georgia area, unless otherwise specified. Specific location information and other Program details may be provided during registration or prior to the applicable Program.
Accessibility & Accommodations
AHA strives to provide an inclusive and accessible learning environment. Participants or Parent/Guardians who require a reasonable accommodation are encouraged to contact AHA as early as possible prior to the applicable Program so that available accommodation options can be discussed.
Educational & Developmental Purpose
AHA Programs are educational and developmental experiences designed to support creative growth, practical experience, and professional readiness.
Participation does not guarantee representation, auditions, casting, employment, admission to future programs, or any particular professional opportunity or outcome.
