3. Children's Privacy & Parental Consent
AHA offers select Programs and experiences for minors. A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult may be required to complete registration, provide applicable participant information, and consent to Program-specific terms on behalf of a minor.
AHA may require separate consent or authorization for certain activities involving minors. External promotional or marketing use of an identifiable minor participant's image, likeness, voice, photograph, video, or recorded performance is governed by AHA's applicable Media Release and consent process.
Parents and legal guardians with questions regarding information collected in connection with a minor's participation may contact AHA.
4. Additional Program Terms
Registration for or participation in certain AHA Programs, services, events, or experiences may be subject to additional terms, including registration and payment policies, cancellation and credit policies, participation requirements, media permissions, releases, or other Program-specific agreements.
Where applicable, participants and/or their Parent/Guardian will be provided with the relevant terms as part of the registration or participation process.
AHA Programs, content, and resources are provided for educational and developmental purposes designed to support creative growth, practical experience, and professional readiness. Participation does not guarantee representation, auditions, casting, employment, or any particular professional opportunity or outcome.
