1. Privacy Policy
- We collect names, emails, phone numbers, parent/guardian information (for minors), and payment details via secure third-party processors.
- User-generated content such as videos, comments, and profile information may be stored within the platform.
- Payments are processed securely through Kajabi and Stripe. AHA does not store full credit card numbers.
- Analytics tools such as Google and Meta may collect cookies and technical browsing data.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Parents may request access to or deletion of a childā€™s data in compliance with COPPA.
2. Terms of Use
- Members must communicate respectfully and professionally within the community.
- Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will result in removal.
- All AHA curriculum, videos, and downloads remain intellectual property of AHA.
- Content may not be redistributed, recorded, or shared externally.
- Participation does not guarantee representation, auditions, or career outcomes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle.
3. Parent Consent & Media Release (Minor Participation)
- Parental consent is required for participants under age 18.
- Parents authorize account creation and participation in online discussions and challenges.
- AHA may use submitted content for educational purposes.
- Marketing usage requires separate opt-in consent.
- Consent may be revoked in writing at any time.
4. Arbitration & Liability Waiver
- By participating in Creative Launchpad, members agree that any disputes shall be resolved through
binding arbitration in the State of Georgia. Members acknowledge participation in online training
carries inherent risks including emotional performance vulnerability and agree to release Artistic
Heights Academy from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
